Vice President, New Customer Acquisition
Countrywide’s Full Spectrum Lending (FSL) division is a full service lender delivering appropriate, affordable loan products direct to sub-prime consumers in the shortest period of time and at the best rates and terms that meet customer qualifications. The Lead Management area is responsible for lead acquisition, distribution and performance optimization in support of the company's growth goals.
The Vice President, New Customer Acquisition will develop and execute off-line direct marketing campaigns for the purpose of acquiring new mortgage customers in an effort to expand Countrywide's market share and portfolio base. This position has fiscal responsibility for all campaigns including overseeing related invoice management and budget tracking. Will also work towards continuous improvement and development of new strategies to optimize future campaigns in an effort to achieve higher levels of performance and to expand the marketable universe.
Primary responsibilities include:

Perform data segmentation, campaign management and campaign execution, on time and on budget.

Interface with senior management, internal FSL individuals, external partners and other Countrywide divisions.

Develop strategies and tactics for expanding marketable universe, profitability.

Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve necessary performance levels and profitability.

Work cooperatively with Corporate Marketing to develop & deploy communication strategies, including creative development.

Responsible for day-to-day vendor management to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.

Perform budget tracking to ensure campaigns are executed on budget, ensure timely invoice payment, and look for cost reduction opportunity.
A successful candidate will have:

College degree with practical marketing experience in the financial services industry with proven performance results.

Extensive knowledge of direct marketing principles, practices and techniques.

Demonstrated analytic problem solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
