VP Marketing - Acquisition and Retention

Business Unit: GE MoneyFunction: MarketingResponsibilities: Develop regionally specific marketing campaigns and execute the ongoing marketing strategy, campaigns, and tactics for creating awareness and generating leads for sales to grow WMC' market share. Develop customer retention strategies and campaigns to increase customer wallet. Define and execute marketing launch plans for all new mortgage products and tools. Define, execute, and measure all lead generation campaigns including email, direct mail, online/print advertising, telemarketing, and tradeshows.Leverage our partnerships and create co-marketing opportunities with our partners and industry influencers to increase awareness. Direct and oversee website strategy and content to attract new customers and lead capture. Manage and track customer response to marketing programs by leveraging CRM system. Continually monitor and analyze the success of various campaigns and make changes as necessary to improve result. Report and communicate campaign results to team members, sales, and senior management. Collaborate with sales to define the marketing tools and materials needed for inside and field sales. Define print advertising programs including working with creative services. Responsible for defining budget and reporting results. Define and monitor online advertising programs including website selection for online banners. Maintain a marketing and events calendar to communicate across departments when campaigns are occurring and the objective of each campaign.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * B.A. or B.S Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
4 years successful track record of value proposition and marketing strategy development in the financial services industries
Strong PowerPoint Skills
Can direct as well as implement projects
Ability to work within a corporation, requiring cross-departmental communications
Solid work ethic, highly self-motivated, strong initiative
Results oriented with a proven track record of achievements
Demonstrated marketing experience with new product launches
Ability to communicate marketing strategy and campaigns to key internal business stakeholders- strong presentation skills
Experience working with creative services and external agencies
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Detail orientation essential
Able to translate strategy into tactics and ideas into action
Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures
Must have excellent teamwork, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Expertise in creating and designing customer acquisition and retention strategies and marketing initiatives delivering highly customized, targeted consumer value
Excellent strategic and tactical selling and marketing skills
High energy, passionate, personable; very poised; a strong conceptual thinker; exhibit excellent writing, oral communication and presentation skills
Minimum of 4 years of business experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organization, proven project management skills, including the ability to ensure on-time completion of projects and communication to clients
Strong analytical skills
4 years experience leading a team; must have the ability to lead effectively and get results through others
