VP Manufacturing

Will manage all production, manufacturing and engineering processes, distribution and logistics for $5 million division of $15 million company. Client builds furniture for commercial usage. Will implement programs that will reduce costs and improve plant layout and prototyping process for new products. Must reduce lead times and provide leadership as company grows towards $10-15 million level. Will institute Lean Manufacturing principles and lead MRP ll implementation. Reports to President/Owner
REQUIREMENTS
Must have wood products manufacturing experience in a high volume environment. Proven leadership skills and success with energizing low producing, low morale operations is a necessity. Wood Furniture industry (commercial or residential) or wood store fixtures experience a must. Must have background with Lean Manufacturing and MRP implemetation
