Our Bellevue Branch has consistently surpassed its production goals for the past quarter and is beating its numbers from last year.
As a VP/Production Manager, the skills and attributes that solidified your reputation as a top sales person will be called upon as you mentor junior account executives and partner with your senior sales team to grow their territories. We believe strongly in employee development and have a robust Training Department that offers in person as well as online training. We also offer a comprehensive training program for “Mortgage Sales Trainees” that puts entry-level employees on the fast track to meeting their financial and career goals. Your team will be selling a mix of wholesale, commercial and competitive products to brokers. GreenPoint has an exception process that gives you the power to decision the deal. Each GreenPoint office offers a high touch customer service approach to your broker base as all our deals are underwritten and funded in your branch. This position works in partnership with the Branch Operations Manager to monitor the pipeline and ensure accurate production levels and workflow. We are moving to a paperless system that offers a smart, proactive approach to reduce cycle times and get loans out the door!

A proven track record of growing and developing a team of strong sales consultants in the Mortgage industry for the past 3 to 5 years
