TAX MANAGER

TAX MANAGER Raycom Media, a large and growing broadcast company based in Montgomery, AL, has an immediate HQ opening for a Tax Manager. The responsibilities will include managing Raycom's corporate income tax compliance process, manage income tax audits and notices, research income tax issues, manage consultant/vendor relationships, responsible for FAS 109/tax provision, and assist in company wide tax planning. Qualifications: 5+ years corporate tax experience with a knowledge of broad range corp. tax matters including state tax issues, FAS 109 experience, excellent research and writing skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, BA/BS degree in Accounting and a CPA certificate.
