Survey Crew ( Party Chief, CAD Tech, Instrument Man )

*** PARTY CHIEF’S AND INSTRUMENT MAN ***Survey Party Chief:Responsibilities include performing Topographic, Boundary, Right of Way, and/or Construction Staking Surveys using TDS with Total Stations and Trimble GPS surveying equipment.
Residential and commercial projects*** Survey Instrument Man / Operator ***Experience in construction staking, topo and boundary surveys.
Experience with DOT, Topcon Total Stations, GPS and TDS software a plus.The ideal applicant will have a valid drivers license, be self-motivated, energetic, and a team player.Desired year’s experience: 1
Some College or Trade School preferred*** SURVEY CAD TECH’S ***Autocad Tech with survey and land development experience using Autocad 14 - 2002 and LDD.Responsible for setup, layout and drafting of boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision plats, plot plans and foundation surveys for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects in Florida.
Position will involve survey note reduction, calculations and checking of construction layout work.
High School required/Tech School preferred. REQUIREMENTS
