Senior Level Sales Executive:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Exective to join in the leadership of our New York and Washington, DC sales organizations. We need people with a strong client base in their local market. Candidates should have 10 years of hospitality industry experience with a minimum 5 years hotel sales experience. National Sales office experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Manage all activities necessary to excel as a Krisam salesperson including but not limited to:
Developing new client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships
Working closely with hotel members to solicit and close group business
Accurately tracking and reporting business as it proceeds through the sales cycle from lead to contract to operation
Meeting sales and revenue goals by providing customers with the solutions they need whether they are hotel, DMC, or production oriented
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Is currently working in the either the NY corporate or DC Association market and has established strong professional relationships
Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism and integrity at all times
Thrives on working independently, is organized, innovative, and a self-starter
Is driven to achieve goals and has the ability to create and execute plans which will result in success
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and relationships, working effectively with colleagues, clients, and hotel contacts
