SVP, Production Support

Senior Vice President, Production SupportThis position manages the day-to-day operations of the Consumer Markets Support Department by allocating human and fiscal resources, and by providing leadership including tactical and strategic direction towards the support of branch operations. Responsible for assessing/analyzing work flow activities and making recommendation to improve the efficiency of operations. Prepares budget and monitors expenditures for assigned area, along with establishing/maintaining favorable relationships with Branch Offices. Incumbent will also be relied upon to define/monitor department performance goals, in addition to evaluating and providing training opportunities to subordinate staff.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other similar field (MBA preferred) and 10+ years in the mortgage or consumer finance industries in production or production support areas, with at least 5 years in a management capacity. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Mortgage industry with specific understanding of Countrywide's products, policies and procedures. Proficiency in standard business applications, preferably Microsoft products, is essential, as are superb interpersonal communication skills.
