Regional VP of Finance / Director of Finance

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $120,000 to $200,000 per year International service company near downtown San Diego seeks a Regional Director / VP of Finance for its western region. This position supervises a staff of 35 including accounting, finance, and reporting functions. This company is poised to go public in the next year and is looking for a senior manager to help prepare the company for this endeavor. This position is focused on internal controls, reporting, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. This position requires travel up to 25%, usually just one or two-day trips within the region with one or two overnight stays back East for meetings at the U.S. corporate office. This position is ideal for a candidate who is seeking an opportunity to join a pre-IPO company with international operations. Starting salary is dependent on candidate's experience, from $120,000 to $200,000 plus up to 25% bonus and full benefits.
