Regional VP

Regional Vice President/General Manager Central Florida / Southern Florida We are seeking an impressive, energetic, dynamic individual to join a world class, stable, winning organization with a solid reputation and growth opportunities. This position is based in the regional Central Florida, Broward County or Date County region, reporting to the Senior Vice President. You will primarily be responsible for developing a high performance productive, profitable region with a focus on meeting company and stockholder objectives. Excellent advancement opportunity. You will partnership and provide services to the following industries: property management companies, rental apartment buildings, condominiums, cooperatives, universities, and multi-family housing properties. Some overnight travel required. Ideal candidate must have general management experience in a service, vending, and/or route business. Ideal background would be a regional or general manager within the service industry with a company such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Ikon, Xerox, Cintas, National Linen, etc. Candidate must live in the Central Florida region, or Broward County or Dade County. Miami or Orlando would be a good fit. No relo package available. Requirements:  Minimum 10+ years sales/marketing experience in a service, vending, or route industry Minimum 5 years sales/marketing management experience Proven history of sales and sales management successes Ability to negotiate and close high level managers Ability to relate to all levels of employees Strong operations, finance, and P&L experience Proven ability to manage a large number of direct reports Business development background BS/BA degree MBA a plus Additional Requirements include:  Strong, decisive leadership / management skills Ability to develop and execute business plans Committed, goal-oriented, aggressive personality Ability to communicate well with and motivate all levels of employees Benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, sick/vacation/personal leaves, and 401K plan.
