INROADS, Inc. is a non-profit leadership development organization. Our mission is to develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership. INROADS is seeking a Regional Director based in Orlando. The Regional Director will be responsible for offices in Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, and Tampa. This position oversees operations and staff activities to achieve account management, sales and client servicing goals.

Responsible for:
Fiscal management.
Manages, coaches, and develops staff.
Grows and maintains strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
Supervises staff teams to ensure that intern coaching, advising, and retention standards are met.
Manages the Regional Board. REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of management level experience required with demonstrated operational management skills.
Demonstrated supervisory experience required, preferably in a virtual environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a diverse group of staff and clients.
Experience with college bound minority youth essential.
Microsoft Office, PC and web function skills required.
Must be able to travel as needed.
