As the National Director of Sales for ARAMARK Harrison Lodging Conference Centers & Parks you will be responsible for establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives. Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities. Manage corporate creative process and marketing collateral to maintain a consistent image and messaging throughout all collateral, presentation promotional materials, website and events. Aggressively facilitate consumer marketing initiatives including, but not limited to: Newsletters, e-mail campaigns, sweepstakes, certificates, magazine, direct mail marketing campaigns & website merchandising. Evaluates and recommends distribution channel development programs as well as Analyze the effectiveness of these programs and placement. Provide proper reporting to senior leadership team.



Additional responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners. Monitor market status and track industry trends, news and events and provide regular updates to internal staff. Will have direct responsibility for operating budget and will directly supervise employees in the Marketing Department



Job Requirements


Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields) with a minimum of five to seven years of relevant field marketing experience within the hospitality industry. Effective sales and presentation skills are also required. Contract-managed service experience is desirable.
