HR Generalist

Essential Job Functions:

- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work with all levels of employees and management.
- In coordination with management, develop staffing and recruitment plans; oversee hiring process.
- Coordinate benefit, compensation, training, affirmative action and leadership development activities according to corporate policies and procedures. Develop local standard work procedures.
- Oversee time and attendance function and interface with corporate payroll.
- May act as lead for other administrative personnel.
- Support General Management with other administrative and analytical assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience Desired:

- Minimum of two years HR generalist experience, including experience in hiring, timekeeping, and working in a multi-layer business structure, preferably in a government contracting or military manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with little supervision.
- Familiar with California employment regulations.
- MS Office.

Education Desired:

- College Degree preferred
