Primary Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in the planning, development and implementation of business plansRecommend, develop and update strategic long and short range plans to support the clinics philosophies and goalsEnhance operations effectiveness by emphasizing cost containment and ensuring quality care.Manage the fiscal operations including, accounting, budgeting, internal controls and reportingOversee all marketing programs : Creative, Budgets, analysisEstablish best management practices for departmentsFacilitate clinic training programs with clinical directorEnsure clinical compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and the rules of accrediting bodiesMaintain professional affiliations within healthcare field
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

This is a high energy sales and marketing position providing cosmetic surgery procedures and medical spa services in an office based surgery center. The candidate must possess strong sales skills, innovative marketing concepts and have an entrepreneurial sprit.
Minimum 5-10 years management, sales and marketing experienceBS, BA or MBA preferredExperience in the administration of a medical spa, weight loss clinic, fitness center, retail or cosmetic surgery centerExceptional, communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical ability to perform forecastingExcellent organization, time management and problem solving skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and business and healthcare software applicationsKnowledge of principles and practices of employee coaching and development
