GAME PRODUCER

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Manage the strategic direction and daily operations of significant MMOG title

Reports to: VP of Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Profit and Loss responsibilities for major MMOG title
Develop and Execute game business plan
Build and lead dedicated game team (Game Masters, Customer Service Reps, Community Managers, Systems Administrators, and Business Analysts)
Coordinate with all functional areas of the business including management, marketing, aervices, human resources, and technology
Manage Relationship with game developer
Maintain knowledge of the MMOG Market, trends and customer requirements in the US and foreign markets.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years experience in Game Industry with increasing levels of responsibility preferrably in operations or publishing
5+ years management experience
Knowledge of MMOG market, trends, and customer requirements in both the US and foreign markets.
Demonstrated initiative and positive attitude in a rapidly changing environment
Outstandinf attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong analytical abilities; experience in statistical reporting and analysis
Strong computer skills- proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Photoshop
Bachelor Degree preferred.
