Executive Housekeeper The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Green Bay is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanli- ness standards for our 408 sleeping rooms, 30,000 sq. ft. of conference space, on-site laundry operations and all public areas. Primary responsibilities include fostering a team environment, employee relations, hiring, policy administration & staff training; managing labor costs & expenses; assist in the devel- opment of annual budget; and create department quality standards. The successful individual will have 5 or more years of management experience in hospitality or related field and effective, efficient people & time manage- ment skills. Plus he/she will have a demonstrat- ed proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, effective verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma required.
