EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation (AARBF) is a non-profit 501 C 3 organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of burn survivors and promoting burn prevention. Since 1971 this down-to-earth organization has relied on a broad base of volunteer and donor support from Firefighters, medical professionals and the community at large. In 2004 the AARBF Executive Leadership established a 5 year strategic plan for re-organization and growth. 2005 brought record setting performance in fundraising and program capacity building. The organization is seeking an Executive Director who can build upon AARBF’s recent growth, provide inspirational management of a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and provide energetic and ethical fundraising and public promotion of the organization throughout the 3 regions of California we serve. AARBF has offices in Burbank, Fresno and San Francisco, California. This position is currently located in the Burbank, CA office with responsibility for all 3 regions. AARBF is comprised of 12 paid staff, hundreds of volunteers, and a $1 million dollar annual budget and services 7 burn units throughout the state. REQUIREMENTS
Experienced in non-profit management and administration; fundraising; public relations; human resources management; flexible team leadership; multi-location management; clean driving record, reliable vehicle, ability to travel efficiently to offices throughout California.
