EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE FOUNDATION

Sutter Solano Charitable Foundation has a senior level opportunity for a fund
development professional. The Executive Director is responsible for managing
the direction of the philanthropic activities of two entities: Sutter Solano
Medical Center and Sutter Regional Medical Foundation. The primary
responsibility is to increase philanthropic revenue through major gift and
planned giving solicitations. The ED will carry a significant donor portfolio.


He/she will work with the Board of Trustees and Administrative leadership to
develop a philanthropic strategic plan, driving significant growth in major
and planned giving. Proven fund development experience is a must, preferably
in a medical or health related field. Successful track record of effective
donor communications, portfolio management, strategic philanthropic marketing,
and relationship building required. Must have ability to implement a variety
of campaigns to include many Foundation constituents and professionally
represent both entities to the local community speaking in public as needed.
