Senior level Executive Assistant who is dependable and highly organized, with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, under deadlines, and while recognizing the importance of teamwork and professionalism. The position also requires a take-charge person who understands the importance of confidentiality, demonstrates good judgment, and takes appropriate initiative. Regular communication with the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, the external auditor and internal financial staff of all levels within the company is a key responsibility of this position

The prime directive of the work will be to manage and maintain all facets of the CFO’s office.
The position will give special attention to the following key responsibilities:

•Schedule meetings/calls for the Audit Committee.
•Serve as the liaison to CFO for Board members and senior management team; serve as conduit to CFO for employees of all levels throughout the company.
•Manage CFO’s calendar.
•Coordinate detailed travel arrangements.
•Prepare and process staff expense reports.
•Establish and maintain filing system of general and confidential material.
•Coordinate special events.
•Track and monitor pending issues and follow up to assure completion/resolution.
•Serve as backup support to other senior executives as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experiences:
•Executive Assistant with 7-10 years of executive-level experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however years of working experience will be taken into consideration for education.
•Proven successful track record of managing and supporting a senior level executive in a mid- to large-scale organization.
•Expert level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook (especially Outlook Calendar and Contacts).
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion, tact and diplomacy.
•Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
•Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
•Fast learner, detail-oriented and thorough; well organized with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal or no supervision.
•Strong commitment to teamwork; optimistic attitude; a balanced individual with a sense of humor and fun. Business knowledge of public companies is a plus.
