Director of Home Health

Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice in Southwest Washington State is currently recruiting a Director of Home Health. The Director of Home Health reports directly to the Chief Executive Office and is responsible for Home Health operations and acts as a resource for this program in the community. Responsibilities include planning, implementing and evaluating home health services, assuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The Director of Home Health represents the Agency in the service area, and directs a coordinated team effort for patient care and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; with Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred. A minimum of five years in a Medicare-certified Home Health program with two (2) years progressive experience as a home health manager or program director, preferred. Proven written and verbal communication skills are essential. Computer skills in word processing required. Demonstrated effective leadership skills required.
