Responsibility for 6-8 stores. (Details of store locations and description upon pre-qualification)
Job Description:Recruit Store Managers and build store talent.Provide training and development for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.Motivate and inspire teams to high performance and friendly, responsive customer service.Manage store expenses and payroll to best address the needs of the business.Support company directives in the proper processing and display of merchandise.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate is an effective leader and manages all operating functions of the company.Can maximize bottom-line profitability, store sales, corporate budgeting, and all overhead cost.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in soft-line/hard-line retail, as well as possess the ability to manage a growing organization.The candidate must be experienced in building effective teams that support corporate expansion programs.This person must have a thorough understanding of systems based operating environment.Please email an MS Word copy of your resume to [Click here for email], please refer to Job ID CB 8234.
