Controller

My name is Marty Oxman with The Lawler Group. I am looking for an “all-star” who has the qualifications to join a multi-million dollar manufacturing company in the Fox Valley as their Controller. The company has seen an average of 15% growth over the last 3 years, is expanding its operations, and does not expect this to change any time soon. The sophisticated product that they manufacture is utilized by a large number of Fortune 500 companies.We are looking for a candidate who has prior supervisory or project management experience in a manufacturing environment. Since we are a family-owned company, it is imperative that you have the ability to wear a number of hats for our executive team. You will be in charge of the “nuts and bolts”, or the core technical aspects of the department- cost accounting, analysis, reporting, budgets, forecasting, etc. Displaying sound business judgment and having prior involvement with mergers and acquisitions will also add value to your candidacy. Being able to develop new initiatives and process improvements will also be required.What this position offers:

REQUIREMENTS

·5-10 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
