Develops and/or implements employee benefit and compensation programs for the Company to attract, retain and motivate employees, by performing the required duties.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree preferred
Minimum of five years experience in benefits or human resources
Knowledge of benefits administration, including Section 125 regulations, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, IRS, FLSA regulations
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
CCP/CCB or CEBS preferred
Experience w/implementing benefits plans for 1000+ employees
