The Director of Information Security will be responsible for the planning, directing and coordinating the company’s information security policies, setting procedures and guidelines to ensure that all information systems are functional, secure and safeguarded throughout Associated Banc-corp. The Director will work with key individuals throughout the organization to develop business cases for new security projects and in the risk assessment of existing and planned information systems. The position will assist in the planning, directing and coordinating the bank’s risk management program as required under Section 501b of the Gramm Leach Bliley Act of 1999. This position will also provide leadership as well as insuring the technical and administrative support for the development of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs for Associated Banc-Corp.

At least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent management experience is required. Minimum of 12 years or more experience in large data processing environment including 7 years in management of Information Security function is required.
