Business Analyst Perm Position

The position is a Full Time Permanent position with our client at their Wilmington, DE location. This client is located within walking distance of the Wilmington train station. This client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide tier 1 technical support. Tasks include recognition, research, isolation, communication, resolution, and follow-up. Essential Functions: Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voicemail, email, and in-person requests for assistance from colleagues experiencing issues with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, and Competencies: Exceptional customer service skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility, must be able to work all shifts as well as weekends and holidays. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows XP OS. General Understanding of UNIX. Knowledge of Peregrine tools is preferred. Experience using remote control desktop tools such as SMS or DameWare. REQUIREMENTS
