JOB DESCRIPTION:
Upon completion of STAR and LEAP, you will be ready to develop and build a sales team using your skills to:
Coach and motivate your sales team
Recruit and develop new sales associates
Provide customers with an experience that exceeds their expectations
Ensure a great looking environment
Drive Sales
Goal-oriented leaders that promote a healthy work environment thrive in American. Sales Managers work every weekend and some evenings - averaging 45-50 hours a week.

REQUIREMENTS
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or 3-5 years of retail management experience
2 years + sales experience
Available to work weekends and evenings
Open to relocation.
