We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Human Resource Assistant for our Phoenix, AZ office to assist with college recruiting, writing biographies and newsletters, sports team coordination, employee relations and general HR administration. Our rapidly growing 1,000+ person Firm provides civil engineering and planning services throughout California, Nevada and Arizona and fosters an enthusiastic, active and collaborative environment and nurturing culture.

This position involves interaction with all levels of staff, from new graduate professionals to senior management. Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have a true appreciation for people. Requires a Bachelors degree and ability to travel up to 20%.
