Order and Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a results- and detail-oriented, organized individual to fill a transaction coordinator position. This position will monitor and facilitate the order life cycle for items sold on numerous e-commerce sites. Additional responsibilities include efficiently and effectively coordinating solutions for problem orders and data transfers (order cycle, inventory, catalog files), recommending solutions and improvements to tools and processes, and conduct regular meetings regarding objectives, operations and issues with suppliers and internal personnel to ensure end-customer satisfaction with their order experience.Vcommerce is the leading provider of multi-channel retail solutions. Responsibilities include:•Monitor and facilitate the order life cycle for items sold on numerous e-commerce sites and other sales channels
•Efficiently and effectively coordinate solutions for problem orders and data transfers (order cycle, inventory, catalog files)
•Recommend solutions and improvements to tools and processes
•Conduct regular meetings regarding objectives, operations and issues with suppliers and internal personnel to ensure end-customer satisfaction with their order experience.•Ownership of the clients experience and the standards to which the suppliers need to maintain.
•Owning the supplier relationship and building the respect necessary for the success of the partnership.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills and Experience:•AA or 2 years in an order management or customer service role
•Must be customer focused and results oriented
•Strong analytical & decision-making skills, including proven ability to review and interpret data and trends to determine root causes of problems•Strong computer skills (including data file transfers through EDI and XML, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.)
•Excellent communication skills – effectively and consistently communicates plans to cross-functional team members•Detail orientation with excellent follow-up skills
•Ability to develop effective relationships quickly
•Self-motivated and willing to adapt to varying requirements and changes to software
•Ability to multi-task and able to work under tight timelines
•Ability to manage own priorities and meet deadlines
Desired Skills:
•Internet / drop ship network / ecommerce industry experience is preferred
