Manager - Assistant Manager - Retail

From our first store opening in 1982, the Company's chain of stores has expanded to over 230 in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
We are continuously growing and need your drive and expertise to help run one of our high-volume stores! We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals for Store Managers and Assistant Managers.
Our Store Managers and Assistant Managers use their experience in assisting with store scheduling, merchandising, delegation of duties, team morale, safety meetings, and the overall operation of the store.This also includes playing a key part in the following:
·Assisting in the development of programs within the store to increase sales, productivity and efficiency.·Delegating and supervising duties to a team of 30 or more employees.
·Diplomatically handling employee and customer concerns while interfacing with the corporate office.·Conducting training programs for hourly employees.·Encouraging a great TEAM environment in the stores.
REQUIREMENTS
·Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience in a retail environment
·Multi-tasked and detail oriented·High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience·Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus·Knowledge of retail store operations is a plus
·Self motivated and ability to work in a team environment
