International Marketing Administrator

Tripp Lite, a leading manufacturer of computer power protection is currently seeking an INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR. This is a part time position. This bilingual (Spanish/English) candidate will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable payments and orders generated by the International Marketing teams. Maintain databases and execute eblast and surveys. Will also be responsible for processing all collateral material needs for worldwide team, and assist with research as needed. Also responsible for general office tasks such as filing, copying,and shipping. The ideal candidate will have strong math and Excel skills.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate we seek will be completely fluent (written & spoken) in Spanish, have excellent organization and follow up skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint. (Graphic Art programs helpful.) Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and work on deadline oriented projects.
