Fulfillment Team SupervisorCorporate Services, Inc. is a premier provider of integrated marketing services including application development, database management, web hosting, e-commerce, digital imaging, high-speed data scanning, product and literature fulfillment, rebate processing, inbound call center services, on-demand print and publication services, and much more! We currently have over 100 employees and we’re based right here in South Bend, Indiana.
We're expanding our business and need to add another Supervisor in our Fulfillment (Pick/Pack) operation. This “on-the-floor” position reports directly to our Director of Operations and will oversee a team of 20+, comprised of Pick/Packers, Material Handlers, Shippers, Receivers, Inventory Specialists and Auditors.
Duties Include:Coordinating daily projects including regular pick pack orders, kit builds, re-works, mass mailings, etc.The materials being handled are mostly literature, binders, and other sales materials going to the Sales Representatives of our clients.Forecast staffing needs
Interview and assist with hiring team members.
Conduct disciplinary action and evaluations.Enforce regulatory compliance, and track performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:You must have at least 2 years of supervision experience, preferably in a pick/pack environment with computerized inventory systems.Attributes for success include self-starter; logical; multi-tasker, patient; motivator; analytical.
