Based in Northern Virginia, A.R.C. International Concepts, Inc. is currently seeking team players for our management training program. Due to great success with our clients, we are experiencing unprecedented growth and need a few great people to help us further reach our goals. We focus on developing and executing effective marketing strategies to assist our clients in achieving new and repeat customer acquisitions.


A.R.C. International Concepts, Inc. maintains a top notch portfolio of clients in the professional sports, entertainment and hospitality industries; including the Washington Nationals; Washington Wizards; Papa John's; Bennigan's and Renditions Golf Course.


Due to the current economic climate, a large number of companies are taking advantage of our firm’s strategic marketing methods. On a daily basis, we take the time to plan and develop real world business solutions for our clients. This extra planning gives our clients increased customer retention, improved service and product sales and an ever-growing cycle of data they can use to create new and better services and products. This is an entry level opening, ideal for a recent college graduate or an individual looking for a career change who wishes to learn marketing and sales, but also seeks advancement potential within a company. We are looking to train ambitious people from the ground floor up to learn the disciplines of integrated marketing, including, sales; marketing; promotions; account management; client relations and team development, while working towards a senior management opening.

Candidates must have the following:
