Qualifications
•Previous management experience in a quick serve restaurant environment.
•Makes effective decisions in absence of Store Manager.
•Experience with speed of service and expediting food orders. Committed to continuous improvement.
•Understanding and knowledge of retail products, and develops strategies to capitalize on sales/growth opportunities.
•Educating employees and customers on new products.
•Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings.
•Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.
•Aware of basic sanitation issues. Engages in sanitary practices and maintains a clean food preparation environment.
•Effective managing in a changing environment. Skills include leadership, planning, developing policies, delegation, and tracking performance against measurable goals.
•Skilled at measuring retail costs of products, services, or other cost objectives.
•High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
