The Alzheimer's Association is making a difference and so can you.
Ensure the integrity of all data and related donor information is entered into Team Approach at the National Office.
Perform Team Approach data entry into Batch Detail.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all business rules and data entry procedures associated with National office and Chapter revenue recording and maintenance of associated donor information.
Meet established production quotas and quota entry accuracy thresholds.
Maintain numeric filing system for batches. File and box batches for offsite storage. Process return mail and update donor's information from returned mail.Position is backup to the Data Preparation positions:
Analyze all assigned batches and documentation for compliance with business rules.
Verify all information to be entered in the system.
Prepare all assigned batches to assure accurate data entry.
Analyze all assigned batches and documentation for compliance with business rules.
Perform data hygiene/maintenance work for all accounts.
For each item in a batch perform the following actions as needed:
1. Name change/addition
2. Address change/addition
3. Phone number change/addition
4. E-mail change/addition
5. Classification change/addition
6. Interest change/addition
7. Interaction change/addition
8. Project Stage change/addition
9. Relationship change/addition
10. Deceased assignment
11. Account MergeIdentify Pledge vs. Pledge Payment transactions; prepare and verify open pledges.For all accounts perform data hygiene/maintenance work.
Identify what action needs to be taken in the keying stage.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in fast pace environmentAbility to meet deadlinesHigh School diploma or equivalentData entry – 10,000 keystrokes per hour.Typing – 50 wpmOne year work experience in data processing environmentTwo-years experience working in a Windows environment with working knowledge of Microsoft Application such as Word, Excel and Access.
One-year experience working in database management system.
Overtime is expected during the peak volume season which runs from November through January. NOTE: During this time, paid time off must be pre-approved by the Manager of the department in no more than 1-week increments of time off.
