The magazines are: Builder/Architect, Commercial Builder/Architect, M.D. News, Doctor of Dentistry, Real Estate Executive, Restaurateur and Restaurant Forum magazines. Sunshine Media uses a sophisticated all-digital production in its Phoenix, Arizona corporate headquarters, and at its printing plant facility in Tucson, Arizona. Sunshine Media Printing has periodic opportunities available to join our very talented team. Many positions do not require previous experience in printing. We are willing to train successful candidates in a trade that can provide a stable long term work environment.


We are currently in search of a talented bindery assistant. This is a full time fully benefited position. There are opportunities for overtime and a shift differential is paid to employees on our evening/night shifts. Mechanical abilities are helpful in this position.



Job Description:
As a Bindery Assistant, reporting directly to the Bindery Supervisor, you will perform general bindery duties including but not limited to assisting in the operation of the MBO folders, multi-binder, and Cheshire mailing labeler and perform basic hand-inserting functions.
This position is located in the Tucson, Arizona facility.
Assist in the operation of the Cheshire/Video Jet Labeler.
Catch and stack off-coming forms and assist in the operation of the MBO continuous feed folders.
Load pockets and assist in the operation of the Muller/Martini Minuteman Multi-binder.
Comply with federal, state and local statutes and company policies.
Work well with others in a team environment, work with the publisher network, and customers to enhance existing business.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

General bindery experience is a plus, but not required.

Basic Computer skills are preferable.

Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Great work ethic, attendance and ability to work well with others required.
