Test Engineering Lead

Purpose: Aerotek is seeking a Test Engineering Lead to join our Quality Assurance in support of a major government contract.

The successful candidate?s responsibilities include:
- Analyze current test methods and activity for effectiveness, efficiency and level of control.
- Review TDEP?s for test requirements and quote as necessary.
- Coordinate Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) through Document Control.
- Ensure ATP developmental and deliverable requirements are imposed on subcontractors.
- Interface with Project Leads to develop ATP software, firmware, hardware and work instructions.
- Coordinate the manufacture of Test Sets including; creating drawings, bills of materials, and schematics.
- Set up test data records methods.

Requirements:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering
- Five years experience in a manufacturing test environment
- Five years experience with programming tools and development
- Five years experience with test data management and manipulation
- Formal DITMCO test training preferred
* Must be a US Citizen and ability to obtain an interim clearance
