Systems Application Engineer - Supply Chain [P40049]

Job Description: Systems Application Engineer - Supply Chain within our Solutions Support group.If you have IT experience and knowledge with supply chain applications we're looking for you! A great opportunity to become part of a new team in our organization.Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, issue/problem resolution, customer support, release to production, service management, testing and validation. Mentor junior team members. Take end-to-end ownership and accountability of applications/services within the team. Independently recommend/drive improvements, research issues and provide solutions/recommendations. Prioritize requests/problems, research, analyze and provide solutions without guidance.
Basic requirements:
BS/BA in related discipline and 8-11 years experience in related field and/or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work with people at different levels inside and outside the organization. Hands-on technical skills and experience in supply chain applications.Technical skills/experience:
UNIX, Shell Scripting, RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL is required.
