Sr. Electronic Engineer

Perform detailed electronic designs from concept through completion and testing for various complex components and systems.
Function as the technical team lead for selected projects as appropriate.
Perform analysis, simulations, and testing of complex electronic systems.
Compile parts lists, order components, and assist with building and testing prototypes.
Participate in system and field testing of development hardware.
Mentor less experienced electronic engineers or designers.
Other tasks as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum 4-year Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
Minimum of 15 years of electronic design experience, preferably with analog and/or high voltage experience.
Prefer at least 5 years experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Prefer proficiency with Mentor Graphics Pads electrical design software and with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with various regulatory and governmental requirements for environmental testing of electro-mechanical systems.
Willing to travel occasionally in support of program field testing.
MUST be a US citizen to work at Ionatron.
