Senior Payload Systems Engineer for restricted programs involving high reliability satellite payloads utilizing RF, analog, digital and software technologies. Concept development and detailed design lead for both system and subsystem level activities. Perform requirements analysis and decomposition of customer specifications. Develop system concepts and design solutions from customer functional requirements. Drive the evolution of future communication systems functionality.
REQUIREMENTS
Background Required: (‘must haves’)

15 years experience in relevant systems development. This means in the 20 Meg to 18 GHz band for SIGINT receivers.
BS in a technical discipline (prefer EE)
Experience in communication systems hardware and existing satellite communication architectures
Active SCI…or recent usage and can be reactivated
Savvy in the DSP area, but some background in RF
Willing to relocate to the Scottsdale, AZ area
