Reliability Engineer

Purpose: The individual will provide reliability engineering support to the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Specialty Engineering (SpE) Reliability Availability Maintainability and Testability (RAM&T) Team. The supplier shall support SpE in the development of data collection and updates to TFRACAS desk instruction documentation. Reliability tasks will include engineering support for TFRACAS-RAM data entry training at FGA, EAS, COS and VAFB. Other tasks will include the identification of database candidates, programming of database, development and maintenance database modules, development of integrated RAM system and subsystem models, extraction and analysis of CLE RAM&T Log data.

The individual shall support reliability updates to the interceptor ground support system (GSS) hierarchy in CIMMS to meet RAM data collection requirements and CIMMS/GNTS programming. Supplier will support the development, population, analysis, and maintenance of the Integrated Subsystem RAM&T models for Boeing logistically supported assets. Reliability support will be required in the development of historical and prognostic R&A system models based System Analysis engagement sequence group architectures and the collection of GFX data. Supplier shall provide support in the development and reporting of JRMET related tasks such as reports and meetings.

Individual will complete or assist in the completion of Specialty assessments, audits and analysis. Supplier shall provide support for reliability tasks associated with review and disposition of failures as identified by the GMD Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), support the documentation of results from Test System Configuration Board (TSCB) Test Incident Reports (TIRs) as well as providing general reliability support to subcontractor and product team Failure Review Boards (FRB)s.

Travel to FGA, EAS, COS and VAFB may be required to support the reliability data collection process.
