We are looking for an individual to help our clients improve their organizational effectiveness and overall facility operation. Applicant skills must apply to a large variety of work, blending an understanding of technical elements including basic engineering and design, science and technology, with human, organizational and business issues such as staffing, training, management and processes.Project work may include:
Emergency response/risk management plans
Operations documentation preparation
Training and material preparation
Training delivery/group presentations
Staffing evaluations
System startup assistance
Startup and training coordinationThis position is a combination office/field role and requires strong writing, technical, and interpersonal skills with significant client interaction. REQUIREMENTS
Experience in water or wastewater utility operations, maintenance, management, laboratory and/or engineering, with knowledge of processes, systems, operations, and equipment preferred. We would look at a new graduate with the right blend of coursework and desire to work in water/wastewater treatment plant operations consulting. Proficiency in PowerPoint, word, Excel and AutoCAD a plus. Experience in the elements of design, treatment processes, and construction a plus.This position requires an engineering B.S. degree. EIT or operator certification a plus
