Process Engineer

This position is responsible for process improvement using engineering methods; implementation and/or maintenance of SPC; troubleshoot and investigate yield issues associated with the Diffusion/Etch area; will work on specific initiative projects; complete projects with specific time schedules. Will provide technical and sustaining engineering support in the wafer fabrication area; establishes operating equipment specifications, improves manufacturing techniques and production yields and introduces new process equipment to improve production efficiencies. Will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate will posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 5 or more years of wafer fab manufacturing experience. Will demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Will receive little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Must be willing to work with chemicals.
