We need a hands on Pland Manager that has worked in a large part (700-3300 ton) high volume Injection Molding plant, and is nimble & technical enough to handle project engineering work as well. We are not afraid of a rookie Plant Manager that has solid Project Engineering, Production Manager, New Mold start-ups, or Asst PM experience, but absolutely must have worked in this type of large parge, fast-cycle environment.

REQUIREMENTS
BSME, BSIE or Plastics Engineering 4yr degree
10 or more years of Injection Molding manufacturing experience
Solid understanding of polyolephin processing & tooling
Natural Leadership ability, with hands-on approach.
Perfect communication, and all-around solid manager
Good technical acumen, as you will wear many hats
Good business acumen, with understanding of cost control (P&L responsibility)
