Network Engineering
• Plans and manages network implementation projects
• Configures, installs and troubleshoots CISCO routers, switches,
VOIP and H.323 video conferencing equipment
• Resolves complex configuration and troubleshooting issues
within dynamic network infrastructures
• Possesses some experience with Microsoft or Unix servers

Network Support Technician
• Diagnoses and resolves network-layer issues related to passive
and active network hardware, servers, IP address problems, network
connection problems and network-centered system configuration issues
• Install, terminate and troubleshoot various network cable
