Manufacturing Process Manager

Manufacturing Process Manager needed for Fort Payne, Alabama area.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment and possess skills in mapping processes, time studies, routings and workstation set-ups. Strong computer skills in MS Excel and MS word a must. JD Edwards and ProE experience a plus. Duties will include:

-Business Area Planning: manpower requirements, inventory levels, and implementing the discrete “playbooks” for required production line rates.
-Review, and edit if necessary, production work orders.
-Discretely plan the execution of the production work orders.
-Discrete cell and work center layouts
-Planning and implementing Lean activities, (Visual Factory, Kanbans, Kaizens, etc.), in concert with the Business Strategic Direction.

Qualified candidate must have a Technical Degree from an accredited College or University. We are seeking candidates that can be team-oriented and a self-starter.
