Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer

POSITION DESCRIPTION Our client is seeking several Manufacturing/Process Engineers.RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manufacturing/Process Engineers will have responsibility for idenifying process improvements and managing the implementation of these projects in its manufacturing operation. Specific responsibilities include:
Evaluate production and quality data to identify areas of potential improvement
Troubleshoot production problems related to equipment failures and identify corrective action
Develop and implement plans for improvement of the manufacturing process
Interface with vendors and other internal departments to obtain support and equipment integral to the project implementation
Prepare, document, and communicate procedures as required to all employees
Develop relationships with employees to ensure team oriented operation





JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
3-5 years minimum experience in machining OR assembly operations
BS degree in Engineering or other technical field
PLC ( Programmable Logic Control ) experience a MUST
PC literate (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and written
Strong initiative, high energyTO APPLY
