Electrical Engineer

Since 1898, Burns & McDonnell has been dedicated to faithful and efficient services to our clients. Our Phoenix office is having a great year and has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer in our Energy department. This position is responsible for performing design on various projects, preparing estimates proposals, and progressive design and project management responsibilities. Candidates must have sufficient experience to provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members. Meet and interact with clients and have some marketing responsibilities.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from accredited program. 7 years experience (completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience)in substation physical or control and protection design.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. PE. Consulting experience required.
