Daily Duties: Will assist in and coordinate all aspects of the development process, including: site selection, letter of intent and purchase and sales agreement negotiations and documentation; project feasibility, due diligence, project entitlements, project finance, and ongoing coordination with in-house design, construction, property operations teams; and where applicable, third-party design consultants and contractors.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: Must have a Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in planning or development. Must be able to travel as required and possess ability to work and cope well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing and tight deadlines. Need ability to work well with colleagues, supervisors and the public. Must have working knowledge of due diligence, the entitlement process and other related planning and development duties. Experience in multi-family dwellings a plus.
