REQUIREMENTS
As a Training Specialist working out of our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters, you will participate in an intensive three week training program to gain proficiency in using our da Vinci System. The skills you learn, combined with your working experience in the medical field - perhaps as a nurse, surgical technician or medical device technician - will enable you to teach the surgeons who rely on us for clinical training and instruction. Meticulous attention to detail will be crucial as you facilitate and book training courses, account for all applicable presentation material and models, track surgeons' progress and clinical competency, and generate the reports as necessary. As you gain experience, you will work with our sales force to target key people who want to start their own training programs, as well as with our marketing team to support all training related initiatives at regional marketing events.
