Technical Training Instructor

Overview: The Training & Development Department for Baker Atlas has an immediate opening for a Technical Training Instructor. The location of assignment is Odessa, TX. Some travel will be required. Delivers Technical Training courses. Designs, develops, and updates training aids. Assists the training manager to plan and organize course schedules in accordance with available resources and operational needs. Evaluate course participants to measure knowledge transfer and the effectiveness of training. Modifies and improves courses based on feedback. Handles special projects as assigned.Posted: 6/18/2006

REQUIREMENTS
Proven ability to run Open Hole and Cased Hole logging services (experience with new technologies preferred). A senior Field Engineer is preferred as a candidate, but general Field Engineers with experience will also be considered. Good Presentation skills. Ability to read, interpret, and edit technical training documents.
